Board of Control for Cricket in India secretary Anurag Thakur said on Thursday that a last-minute change of Dharamsala as a venue for the ICC World T20 match between India and Pakistan was virtually impossible. Thakur, a BJP MP, said he will seek the Congress-run state government's support to stage the high-voltage contest.
