Earlier this month there was an official announcement declaring that Psycho will be releasing worldwide on december 27. Unfortunately, the team is waiting for approval from the censor board which had earlier suggested cuts and ultimately demanded a title change. The censor board cited their guidelines regarding film titles offending mental health issues and Mysskin and team reached out to the revising committee to get the approval though they are waiting for a letter from the committee to officially confirm the clearance. Psycho also stars aditi rao hydari, Nithya Menen and Ram.

In this case, vishal said 'Psycho' was a flop due to the clash with Mysskin and now Aditi Rao herself has opened about the movie.
