Beijing sources reported that China's state-run news agency reported citing the plane's manufacturer that "They are endeavoring to get the airworthiness certification from the civil aviation authorities by 2021, and deliver it to the customers by 2022". Xinhua quoted Huang Lingcai, the plane's chief designer at state-owned Aviation Industry Corporation of China (AVIC), as saying that China developed the AG600 as part of a drive to modernize its military; in places like the South China Sea that has rattled nerves in the Asia-Pacific region and the United States.

Meanwhile it made its maiden flight in China in December. Huang also said the aircraft would make more flights in 2018, including its first takeoff from water. Accordingly AVIC has spent about eight years developing the aircraft, which is roughly the size of a Boeing Co 737 and is designed to carry out marine rescues and battle forest fires, which has a range of up to 4,500 kms (2,800 miles) and is designed to be able to take off and land in two metre (six feet) waves.

Previously in December, state media said that the aircraft had received 17 orders so far from Chinese government departments and Chinese companies.

Karnataka is the only southern state the BJP has ruled before it ceded power to the Congress last term.

The JDS is happy to have the support. The counting took place for 222 constituencies of the 224-seat Assembly and a party needs 112 seats to get a majority to form the government. The Congress failed to get a good vote share and on another hand, BJP has improved the vote share since 2013.

Now, a deal will be struck with congress and JDS will be the King or the Kingmaker! However, the counting goes on and still we don't get a clear picture yet. But for now, a hung assembly is predicted and a final decision will be known when the entire counting ends.

According to sources a day after incumbent Karnataka Chief Minister Siddaramaiah stated that he has no problem if the Congress high command decides to choose a Dalit leader for the state's top post, key contenders, Mallikarjun Kharge and G Parameshwara responded to his statement.

Meanwhile when asked for a response, Congress heavyweight and Dalit leader Mallikarjun Kharge, who is presently a Lok Sabha MP, said, "By asking questions like this, you are confusing everyone. He don't like this question, if the High Command is going to do it, we will accept it. Naturally, they will also consult Siddaramaiah and they will take the decision and he doesn’t want to say anything further." Moreover Karnataka Pradesh Congress Committee G Parameshwara, another CM aspirant, told the media outlet, "The high command will get the majority. Beyond that, there is nothing he or the CM or any party leader can suggest."

New Delhi sources added that Manmohan along with other senior leaders of Congress have signed the letter addressed to the President Ramnath Kovind. Meanwhile as per report Manmohan Singh stated that Modi's words are threatening and it undermines democratic values. Media reports that the letter stated, is not expected to use menacing language even in the course of an election campaign, which is tantamount to a prime minister using his powers and privileges to "settle personal and political scores”.

Meanwhile when referring to the oath of office, it said the prime minister of India holds a very special position under the Constitution. Accordingly the Congress leaders said all prime ministers of India in the past have maintained immense dignity and decorum in the discharge of public or private functions or actions.

The letter said "The threat held out by the Prime Minister to the INC's leadership deserves to be condemned and this cannot be the language of the Prime Minister of a constitutionally governed democratic country of 1.3 Billion people. Such discourse whether in public or private is unacceptable conduct and moreover the words used are menacing and intimidating with intent to insult and provoke breach of the peace”.

Allari Naresh had been one of the most successful small budget movie heroes, starring and delivering comic capers made in mini-budgets in regular intervals, and securing hits at a good rate, and earned the reputation of a bankable B and C hero.
However, with his failure in the last 5 years with straight movies, as well as remakes like Meda Meeda Abbayi, his market has almost become non-existent though he has a few movies like PV Giri's untitled flick and silly fellows directed by Bheemineni Srinivasa Rao.
Now, news has emerged that the lean and lanky actor will be seen playing an important role in the upcoming movie of superstar Mahesh Babu, directed by Vamshi Paidipally and costarring Pooja Hegde. It has been rumored that his role will be like that of a rich brat on the lines of Sharwanand's role in Gamyam that had Naresh himself playing as one of the heroes. He will be trying to woo Pooja in the movie. An official confirmation is awaited In this regard.

Even as the Biopic of actress Savithri, Mahanati is running successfully at the box office, even though the people hogging the limelight happen to be Keerthy Suresh, Samantha and Dulquer Salmaan, another star has been noticed as well for special reasons.

It is none other than Akkineni prince Naga Chaitanya, who has portrayed the role of his grandfather Akkineni Nageswara Rao in Mahanati, and with just 2-3 sequences where he enacts several scenes of his grandfather's movies and has been applauded for his act.

However, though Jr NTR Tarak was approached to play NTR in the movie he didn't accept the offer, and it was because Nandamuri Balakrishna has never liked Tarak imitating the legendary NTR, he has avoided starring in Mahanati to avoid angering NBK. However, Tarak is seen promoting Mahanati online with his posts of appreciation.

BJP to convene emergency meet!

With none of the parties that contested the Karnataka state Assembly elections gaining individual majority, the question has arisen on whom the Karnataka governor will invite to form the government.  In such a tense situation, the BJP Party meeting with all the MLAs will be held by 10:30 AM at Bengaluru.

Of the 224 constituencies of Karnataka, the elections have been held for 222 constituencies. Considering this, the party forming the government must have won a minimum of 112 seats. Though BJP has won 104 seats, it does not have the majority to form the government in Karnataka.

However, on the other end, Congress, which has won 78 seats, has come to an agreement with the Janata Dal Secular and the independent candidates who have won 38 constituencies and 2 constituencies respectively, to form a government. HD Kumarasamy of JD secular has been announced as the party candidate for Chief Minister as well. Both the parties are expected to meet the governor tomorrow, and the BJP parliamentary board meeting will also be held tomorrow.
