The Border Security Force (BSF) and Central Industrial Security Force (CISF), under the Ministry of home Affairs, Govt. ofindia, has invited applications in a prescribed format from eligible Indian nationals (male and female) belonging to the Union Territories of Jammu andkashmir and Ladakh for filling 1,356 vacancies to the post of Constables (Ground Duty) through direct recruitment. The offline applications process towards the same starts from november 7, 2019 and closes on november 14, 2019.

The selection of candidates as Constables through BSF Recruitment 2019 will be done based on the candidates' performance in the Physical Standard Test (PST) and Physical Efficiency Test (PET), Written Test (those who quality PST& PET) and Medical Examination. Candidates selected as Constables through BSF Recruitment 2019 will be paid emolument in the scale of Rs. 21,700 to Rs. 69,100 per month under 7th CPC.

Reportedly legal battles surrounding the management of the south Indian Artistes' Association, popularly known as Nadigar Sangam intensified on friday, after incumbent General Secretary vishal approached themadrashigh court for the removal of a government appointed special officer to oversee the organization’s functioning. Meanwhile his counsel further alleged that the appointment was illegal. 

Furthermore the tamilnadugovernment on thursday appointed PV Geetha, Assistant Inspector General of Registration, as Special Officer to manage the affairs of Nadigar Sangam. Perhaps geetha will hold office for a period of one year beginning november 6, 2019, or until disputes pertaining to Nadigar Sangamelections pending with the madrashigh court are resolved and hence the move was made after one faction of the association alleged that day to day affairs were being interrupted due to the lack of elected office bearers.

Moreover Nadigar Sangam President Nasser said "We have nothing to hide and have been running a transparent office. We will therefore co-operate with the Special Officer. It is our responsibility to do so. They don't have anything on us, we have no faults. This is democracy being choked".

The Renault Triber subcompact 7-seater has achieved a new sales milestone in india by crossing the 10,000 deliveries mark, in just two months. The 10,001st Renault Triber was recently handed over to a customer at the company's mumbai dealership, Benchmark Motors.

The Triber has now become the new hot product for the French carmaker, adding to the company's total wholesale in october, which stood at 11,516 units, a growth of 63 per cent compared to its total sales during the same month in 2018.

Reportedly supreme court is scheduled to pronounce the verdict in the 20 year old ram Janmabhoomi-Babri Masjid case on saturday,november 9. Accordingly a five judge Constitution bench, headed by Chief Justice Ranjan Gogoi, is expected to deliver its verdict on a dispute over the ownership of 2.77 acre of land in at 10.30 am on Saturday. Meanwhile the apex court had reserved judgment in the case on october 16 after concluding a marathon hearing that lasted 40 days.

Furthermore anti-terror squads, special police and paramilitary personnel, including Rapid Action Force (RAF) and drones, would be deployed in ayodhya to monitor the crowd in real time. Perhaps the Centre has also given order to deploy 40 companies around 4,000 personnel of Central Armed police Force (CAPF) or paramilitary force in ayodhya that includes 16 companies of Central Reservepolice Force (CRPF), around six companies each of Indo-Tibetan Border police (ITBP), Central Industrial Security (CISF), Sashastra seema Bal (SSB) and RAF.

Moreover a total of 13 CRPF companies have already been sent to ayodhya and others would be sent in two to three days. Apparently all schools, colleges, educational institutions and training centres to remain closed from 9th november to 11th november in Uttar Pradesh. Perhaps three judges from the five member ayodhya bench Chief Justice Gogoi, Chief Justice-designate S A Bobde and Justice ashok Bhushan attended the meeting with the Chief Secretary Rajendra Kumar Tiwari and the DGP. Sources said the judges asked the state officials if they needed any assistance in the form of an order to strengthen the law and order situation.

Finance ministernirmala sitharaman on thursday reviewed the state of the economy, including stress in the financial sector, at the meeting of the Financial Stability and Development Council (FSDC). The FSDC is the apex body of sectoral regulators, headed by the finance minister.

The 21st meeting of FSDC comes against the backdrop of the economy hitting a six year low growth rate of 5 per cent in the first quarter of 2019-20. Industrial output growth in august contracted by 1.1 per cent, after a gap of 26 months, reinforcing fears of a slowing economy and deteriorating consumer sentiment. The output of eight core infrastructure industries contracted by 5.2 per cent in september, indicating the severity of the economic slowdown.

New delhi sources stated that officials said Special Protection Group (SPG) cover given to Gandhis, including congress Interim President Sonia and her children, has been withdrawn and they will now get 'Z plus' security provided by the Central Reserve police Force (CRPF). Reportedly a home Ministry official said the SPG security will be withdrawn from the Newdelhi residences of Sonia, her son rahul and daughter priyanka gandhi Vadra after the CRPF takes over the responsibility.

Furthermore sources said the government's decision has been conveyed to the gandhi family, but the people close to the family said they have not been informed. Perhaps the decision is set to become a huge political flash point, with congress leaders perceiving the move as "downgrading" of the security of the Gandhis, who have been enjoying the SPG cover since the assassination of former prime minister Rajiv gandhi on May 21, 1991.

Moreover the decision to withdraw SPG security, the country's highest grade of protection, was taken after a review involving the cabinet Secretariat and the Ministry of home Affairs with inputs from various intelligence agencies. Apparently in the wake of the latest decision, the top security cover will now be given only to the Prime Minister. Apparently the 'Z plus' security means the Gandhi’s will be guarded by around 100 CRPF personnel. Previously in august, the Centre had also withdrawn SPG protection given to former prime ministermanmohan singh and his wife Gursharan Kaur and they were accorded 'Z plus' security of CRPF.

supreme court has pronounced the judgment in the decade-old ram Janmabhoomi-Babri Masjid land dispute case. Earlier PM narendra modi has said it'll be a unanimous judgment and appealed people to maintain peace and harmony.




SC has said that the disputed land was a government land as per revenue records, and chief justice of india said ASI (Archaeological survey of India) findings are beyond doubt and cannot be neglected. The supreme court said that Archaeological evidence cannot be ignored and that babri masjid was not constructed on vacant land but on a Hindu structure.



The Babar masjid was not built on a barren land the building that existed beneath the Babar masjid was not an Islamic structure as per ASI reports, said Supreme court. The waqf board challenged the Act of placing idols inside the central dome on december 22-23, 1949. supreme court ruled out that existence of a structure beneath the mosque cannot lead to title today irrespective of sc finding it was a Hindu temple and dismissed waqf board suit

Reportedly Chief Justice ofindia Ranjan Gogoi says the judgment will take about 30 minutes to be announced. Meanwhile once the court has the material that faith is genuine, the court must not intervene, and acknowledge it.  Furthermore Hindus consider ayodhya as the birthplace of Lord ram, where faith and belief that Lord ram was born under the inner dome. Faith is the matter of an individual believer. Reports added sc says the underlying structure was not of Islamicreligion as artefacts, architectural evidence had distinct non Islamic nature.

Perhaps ASI report can be lent credence to the underlying structure was dated 12th century, the sc says, but it adds that the ASI report hasn't said the underlying structure was a specific temple. Further in a setback for one of the main Hindu parties in the case, the supreme court has said that the Nirmohi Akhara's suit is barred by limitation and government by Article 120.  Hence regarding Gopal Singh Visharad's suit, the supreme court ruled that the right asserted to worship at the disputed property can be pursued by others even if the original plaintiff died.

Perhaps regarding Sri ram Lalla Virajman's petition, the supreme court says mere existence of a structure beneath the mosque cannot lead to a title today even if the sc finds that it was a Hindu temple. sc says the Sunni Waqf Board's suit is maintainable, but muslims can't assert the right of adverse possession.

CJI Ranjan Gogoi when citing evidence that Hindus continued praying there, at ram Chabutara, garbh griha, supreme court rules muslims have been unable to establish possessor right on the disputed property. Meanwhile prior to 1856-57, there was no exclusion of Hindus from praying there... exodus of Hindus from the inner courtyard remained contentious too.

Section 144 has been imposed in mumbai till 11 am tomorrow. Furthermore CJI led bench says “For 325 years, from the construction of the mosque till 1857,muslims have given no evidence of offering prayers at the disputed structure in exclusion of Hindus, it says. Destruction of the mosque in 1992 was in breach of sc order”. sc bench says “Muslims to get alternate land, rules CJI led Constitution bench of the Supreme Court." it says wrong committed must be limited.

 

Moreover CJI read out all pointers that

1. Hindus to get land subject to conditions.
2. Centralgovernment to frame a scheme
3. A trust will be formed
4. Inner courtyard will be handed over to the trust.
5. A suitable plot of land measuring 5 acres shall be given to Sunni Waqf Board.
6. Centre must set a trust with board of trustees within 3 months and under Article 142, sc directs in the scheme to be framed, Nirmohi Akhara to also get representation.
7. Land to remain vested in statutory receiver till trust is formed.
8. Trust to be formed in three months.
9. Management of construction of the temple to be monitored by the trust.

Reportedly entire will hand over the disputed site to the Board of trustees and a suitable alternative plot of land measuring five acres at ayodhya will be given to Sunni Waqf Board. In the scheme by Board of trustees, appropriate representation is given to Nirmohi Akhara.

As per the verdict he disputed land in ayodhya goes to the Hindus in its entirety for the construction of ram Mandir. Meanwhile the Sunni Waqf Board will get five acres of alternate land, which will be accorded either by the state or the Centre.

Perhaps a group of lawyers raise ‘Jai Sri Ram’ slogans on the supreme court premises and were later asked to stop by other lawyers. Moreover Zafaryab Jilani, Sunni Waqf Board lawyer said “We respect the judgment but we are not satisfied, we will decide further course of action”.
